Refund Policy

At Accelerant Global, we strive to provide high-quality training and exceptional learning experiences to all our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions governing refund requests.

1. Course Cancellation by Accelerant Global: 1.1. In the unlikely event that Accelerant Global cancels a course, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees paid. 1.2. Participants will also have the option to transfer their enrollment to an alternative course, subject to availability, without any additional charges.

2. Participant Cancellation and Refund Requests: 2.1. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [contact email address]. Requests made through other means may not be considered valid. 2.2. Refund requests will be processed based on the date of receipt of the request, and the following refund policy will apply:

3. Full Refund: 3.1. Participants are eligible for a full refund of the course fees if they request cancellation at least [X] days before the scheduled start date of the course. 3.2. Any applicable taxes or processing fees may not be refundable.

4. Partial Refund: 4.1. If a participant requests cancellation between [5] and [7] days before the course start date, they may be eligible for a partial refund. 4.2. The partial refund amount will be calculated after deducting an administrative fee of [Amount] from the total course fees. 4.3. Any applicable taxes or processing fees may not be refundable.

5. No Refund: 5.1. Participants who request cancellation [5] days or less before the course start date or who fail to attend the course will not be eligible for a refund. 5.2. However, they will have the option to transfer their enrollment to a future course, subject to availability, within [X] months from the original course date.

6. Certification Exam Fees: 6.1. Exam fees for certification exams (e.g., PMP, ACP, PgMP) are separate from course fees and are directly payable to the certification body (e.g., PMI). 6.2. Accelerant Global does not refund any exam fees paid to the certification body.

7. Refund Processing: 7.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [5] business days from the date of approval of the refund request. 7.2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Transfer of Enrollment: 8.1. Participants who are eligible for a refund may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future course, subject to availability, within [X] months from the original course date. 8.2. Transfer requests must be made in writing and sent to support@accelerantglobal.com.

9. Course Substitution: 9.1. Participants who are unable to attend a course after payment may substitute their enrollment with another individual by providing written notification to support@accelerantglobal.com.
